BWH Music Group is thrilled to announce that Cole has been signed to the record label’s 'THAT SUMMER by Various Artists' compilation CD project. The label will be featuring her song “If I’m Really” on the album. The release is anticipated to hit global markets in June, 2018.
About Cole:
Cole, age 18, is a young, up-and-coming alternative-pop singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (guitar, ukulele, and keys). She began her musical journey when she was 12 years old, writing her first song and performing live at Dosey Doe Big Barn with Real Life Real Music. In 2015, Cole released her self-titled debut album ‘Emily Cole’ partnering with Chris Chimene, Co-Writer; Grammy Nominated Engineer Nino Villanueva); Theresa Yow, Founder and Vocal Coach @ Theresa Yow Music, Founder of Camp Praise; and Eddie Ferguson, Jr., Producer (project manager alongside Mr. Matthew Knowles of Music World Productions and Max Gousse of Def Jam). A year later, Cole traveled to New York to collaborate with Producers/Writers, The Elev3en and Jeremy "Kinetics" Dussolliet on their song “Over” followed by her release of “Two Faced” which was co-written with Jenn Rykert. "Two Faced" is currently charting at #141 on DRT Global Top 150 Independent Airplay Chart. Cole has been touring the regional media circuit for her new single “If I'm Really". Recent interviews include Bryan/College Station’s KBTX TV’s “Free Music Friday”segment, ETX Rocks, Community Impact Newspaper and Woodlands Hits. Cole has toured from Texas to Nashville and she played at the Anaheim Convention Center (California) where she performed in 2018 NAMM Winter Show. Cole is writing her next album, to be released later in 2018. The new self-written album will have an indie-pop focus.
Cole is passionate about donating her time to perform at benefits that help raise money for people with cancer and their families and supports many other benefits/charities as well. She participated in Love Street Light CircusTonic Music Series where she sang at The Texas Children’s Hospital for young cancer patients and their families. She is also scheduled to sing for the children at Truman W. Smith's Children's Care Center in Gladewater, TX.
