Jenny Vinatieri - 'Phoenix'

On the first day of summer, June 21, 2019, BWH Music Group released the sizzling hot summer compilation album, 'That Summer, Vol. 2, by Various Artists.' The album offers 16 songs from internationally acclaimed and award-wining independent artists. Jenny Vinatieri's song "Phoneix" is one of the phenomenal songs featured on the album.

Jenny states that "Phoenix" is about "letting go of inhibitions and surrendering to passion and rapture and just being in the moment."

"Phoenix" starts with a club mix that lights up the night. The track's intro sounds like a muted heartbeat that builds with anticipation. Jenny sings, "Hold on tight .Baby don’t let go of me. ‘Cause the fall might kill me if you let go. Oh, I’ve never felt like this before. You leave me wanting more." A resonating theme in "Phoenix" is letting go of your inhibitions. "Feel the pain and desire, let go and release ,I’m the light you ignite".

The verses rise into the chorus that breaks free like a flash of light bursting in the sky. "So set me free. Like a Phoenix rising from the heat. Burning bright everyone to see. Taking flight, the night my reverie. You belong, you belong, you belong to me." The overall effect of Jenny's pristine vocals against the synth-electrified track is completely mesmerizing. You will hear and feel the laws of attraction in the song. It is easy to lose yourself in Jenny's music. From beginning to end, "Phoenix" ignites the senses with music that is as lit as an everlasting blue flame. In Jenny's capable songwriting hands, "Phoenix" bursts into the night and soars with color, passion and energy.
