Hunter and the Wick'ds song "I Don't Want To Talk Right Now" is an Americana ballad that waters the desert-country-rock. The lyrics tell a simple story about a relationship misunderstanding and the power of letting go of the hurt feelings to come to a greater understanding of each other. "Heated words don't mean a thing. There'll be light with the morning Storm clouds move away and everything will clear." The song's tasteful simplicity is part of what makes it so appealing. With just guitar, bass and drums, Hunter and the Wick'd sound fantastic. A nice groove and easy flow invites you in. The song is enhanced by smooth, electric guitar fills that connect the verses and guitar solos that sing with soul. Thom Merrick is on acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and bass. Miri Hunter is the lead singer of Hunter and the Wick'd. Her voice is relaxed and rich giving the song an intimate performance.

Hunter and Wick'd explore love and letting go in "I Don't Wanna Talk Right Now." Together, Miri and Thom create music that has heart and soul - the duo are musical soulmates and their music radiates from within.
