Review by Ionas Finser & Staff
These guys really know what they’re doing. From catchy falsetto melodies, to funky guitar and bass playing, to fun and ever-evolving percussion, Undecided Future’s “U” will knock you out of your socks.
This up-and-coming band seems to have a remarkable talent for crafting addicting tunes that stick. Their catchy melodies are supported by a world of masterful instrumental fills and backing vocals. Undecided Future doesn’t fail in wowing us with their sense of structure, either. The inclusion of a dreamy bridge perfectly compliments the rest of the song, and a wild, unexpected outro goes out of this world to leave the listener wanting more.
“U” is written about finding love on vacation, and the world of infatuation that comes with it. The lyrics take us on a journey through the sensations and desires of love.“I’m thinkin’ bout you/My baby / You’re the one thing on my mind / It seems like all the time”
Undecided Futures states, "Our video "U" features a "cringy" interview by Shannon and an interview by "Dem Jointz" who produced the song for us. We met him and totally dug his vibe, so we formed a collaboration for the JUGO album and then filmed this video ourselves with our friends helping out. We like things that are funny and make you feel an emotion. Most of our videos do that to people, check out our recent HANDS video too."
Undecided Future’s lyrics are well thought out and memorable, and you will be singing along in no time. These talented artists seem to combine the energy of Jason Derulo and the melodic language of Bruno Mars into one dynamic group bound for stardom. While “undecided,” these guys’ future is undoubtedly filled with success, and “U” is testament to that fact. I for one will be whistling this tune all week.
