For fans who have never heard your music, can you pick three words to describe it?! If three words just aren't enough then tell us more!!
Fun, Energetic, Rockin'
When you are writing a song, where do you draw inspiration from? Or what topics do you like to sing about?
Everything I write about usually comes from experience. I find that if its something I've been through, it's authentic and music easier to write than if I was making it up.
Okay, this a fun question. When you are not doing music, what else do you enjoy doing?
You can usually find me in the kitchen baking things or trying new recipes!
Can you tell us what song you've written that is the most emotional and describe the meaning behind it?
My latest single DEAR JOHN is by far my most emotional song. I wrote this for my father who passed away two years ago. I wanted to write a song for him and found myself wondering if he's watching what I'm doing and is proud of who I'm turning out to be. I took those emotions and was able to create this amazing song that's racking up awards which is a blessing in disguise!
What was the first song or piece you ever wrote!?
The first song I wrote was called Bustin' Out. I was feeling trapped where I was and wrote a song about getting out of that situation.
What is your dream gig? Is there a gig that you really want that would be the ultimate show for you?
I'd love to play the Juno Awards or Grammy's one day, but opening up for Avril Lavigne or Lady Gaga would be amazing!
Are you working on any new material right now or what's in the works for the upcoming year?
I'm currently in the studio working on some new music which is extremely exciting! Working on my Album with the hopes of it being released this year or early next year!
